OVERVIEW
Discover 820 hectares of Andean viticulture 1200 meters above sea level at Rosell Boher Lodge. Walk among the clusters of Malbec, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc grapes, which produce the prestigious reds, whites, and the renowned sparkling wines of Rosell Boher.
Visit the winemaker’s subterranean cellar with 25000 bottles of wine.
As a guest, you can stay in the lodge’s Guest House or private villas. Some villas have a private cellar, a terrace, fire pit, or Jacuzzi. Each has breathtaking scenery of the vineyards with a backdrop of the Andes mountain range.
With its mountain climate—often dry and cold in the winter with intense sunshine—you can enjoy outdoor activities all year round: horseback riding among the vineyards, hiking, mountain biking, and a pleasant swim in the outdoor pool in the summer.
Among the highlights of your stay at Rosell Boher Lodge will be dining at its international award-winning restaurant.
GASTRONOMY
Taste the typical native and regional cuisines of Argentina. A cuisine intertwined with the terroirs of Rosell Boher, creating a harmonious blend of flavors, perfumes, and colors.
Food is prepared in an artisanal way, often over the fire on the grill, in the mud oven, with a combination of traditional and modern techniques to provide a fusion of old and new.
The restaurant’s Chef creates dishes with a selection of high-quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients sourced from the lodge’s organic garden and various producers in the area and throughout the country.
At Rosell Boher Lodge, you can relish the blissful award-winning cuisine delicately combined with their reds, whites, and sparkling wines—straight from their vast cellar.
SERVICES
Within the lodge the Wine Bar & Cava offers a tasting experience of its range of wines from its vast cellar. The sommelier will take your pallet on a journey across terroirs as you taste outstanding wines created by Rosell Boher and other regional producers.
Outside the lodge you can enjoy the swimming pool in the summer months.
